Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership & Strategy

  • Create channel-wise GTM plans with monthly/seasonal targets (Rakhi, Diwali, wedding season).
  • Own P&L levers: pricing, discount governance, AOV, repeat rate, CAC/payback, margin discipline.
  • Build a rolling 90-day sales calendar aligned with operations capacity.

Channel Ownership

  • Retail Store Sales:

    Footfall programs, local alliances, menu/VM-driven AOV growth, in-store CRM.
  • Bulk Gifting & Corporate:

    Prospect CXOs/HR/Procurement; rate cards, SLAs, catalogs, sampling engine.
  • Event Partnerships/Tie-ups:

    Planners, venue owners, hotels—commission frameworks & joint promos.
  • White Labelling/B2B Edibles:

    MOQs, SOPs, pricing, contracts; onboard and retain reseller partners.
  • Aggregators (Zomato/Swiggy):

    Multi-location launch/optimization, menu curation, ads, ratings.
  • Designer Cakes & Catering:

    Lead-gen flows, consultations, tastings, upsell/cross-sell pathways.

Pipeline, CRM & Process

  • Build dashboards for channel revenue, conversion, AOV, cycle time, DSO, margin.
  • Standardize proposals, BOQs, rate cards, MOUs; ensure documentation & collections discipline.

Team Building & Coaching

  • Hire and manage field execs, sales coordinators, aggregator lead, studio/café sales roles.
  • Weekly reviews, call audits, objection handling library; performance-linked incentives.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work with Operations/Kitchen for feasibility & capacity; with Marketing for campaigns & content; with Finance for pricing, credit, collections; with HR for hiring & training.

Governance & Compliance

  • Enforce data hygiene, brand standards, discount thresholds, credit policies and collection SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits, franchise/investor diligence.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years in sales/business development in F&B/events/gifting, with multi-channel ownership.
  • Proven success in B2B/corporate sales, partnerships, and aggregator growth.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
  • Hands-on with CRM (Bigin), Excel/Sheets, and data-led decision making.
  • High ownership, persistence, and comfort with on-field travel.
