Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment with good experience in handling (Digital and Engineering Technologies as summarized above) Mandatory: Experience working with an IT Services company, ideally a mid-sized Indian IT company serving USA / European Clients or an IT Recruitment Company addressing such positions. Very good hands-on experience with recruitment tools and channels (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, job postings, cold calling, headhunting, mailers) and further good experience / willingness to use latest AI tools and approach Strong understanding of talent availability and market trends in the IT sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively attract and engage candidates. High degree of flexibility and adaptability to manage diverse and multiple requirements. Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
