**Job Title:** Business Development Executive
**Location:** On-site / On-field (Delhi NCR)
**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Demould is a growing premium bakery and gifting brand with a strong presence in Delhi through outlets in Rohini, Kirti Nagar, and Mayapuri. Known for handcrafted hampers, designer cakes, and indulgent baked goods, we’re now looking to expand our footprint — and we’re looking for enthusiastic go-getters to help us do that!
**Role Overview:**
We’re seeking energetic and self-motivated **Business Development Executives** to join our team. This is a **field-intensive role** that involves direct interaction with potential B2B partners, including event planners, venue owners, gifting companies, and corporate offices.
You will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and driving conversions — both on the ground and via phone calls.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Lead Generation & Partner Tie-ups**
* Visit and pitch Demould’s offerings to event planners, wedding venues, party halls, and corporate offices.
* Establish tie-ups and partnerships for B2B gifting, bulk orders, and dessert catering services.
* Explore and initiate collaborations with relevant businesses for lead-sharing or commission-based referrals.
**Client Engagement & Communication**
* Call and follow up with leads to guide them through our product range and close sales.
* Explain pricing, customisation options, and offers with clarity and confidence.
* Maintain a persuasive and consultative communication style for maximum conversions.
**Sales & Reporting**
* Meet weekly and monthly field activity targets.
* Maintain records of visits, calls, leads, and conversion outcomes.
* Share regular updates and feedback with the central sales and marketing team.
**Key Skills & Qualities:**
* Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**
* Strong **negotiation and persuasion ability**
* Comfortable with **on-ground field work** and meeting new people
* Patient, good with **follow-ups**, and relationship building
* Self-driven, confident, and target-focused
**Eligibility Criteria:**
* 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing preferred (Freshers with the right attitude may apply)
* Basic knowledge of the bakery or events industry is a plus
* Fluent in English and Hindi
