Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist Location: Delhi/NCR (Onsite) Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, editing videos, and handling basic public relations tasks to enhance Demould’s brand presence and engagement across all social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and others. Create compelling and visually appealing posts, stories, reels and campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality real time content. Video Editing: Create and edit engaging videos for social media, including product showcases, behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and promotional content. Utilise video editing software to enhance video quality and incorporate graphics, animations, and effects. Public Relations: Assist in developing and executing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to secure coverage and partnerships. Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages. Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Monitor and optimise campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI. Engagement and Community Building: Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations. Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma Experience: 1-2 years of experience in SMM or Digital Marketing role. Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools. Strong content creation and video editing skills. Basic knowledge of public relations practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong analytical skills to measure and analyse campaign performance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
