Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, located in Indore. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage social media profiles, create engaging content, and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance online presence. Daily responsibilities include creating posts and reels, monitoring performance analytics, engaging with audiences, and collaborating with teams to execute marketing campaigns. The role also involves staying updated on digital trends to continuously optimize strategies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing techniques
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Creative thinking and attention to detail in content design and strategy
• Experience in using social media tools and analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in social media or digital marketing roles is an advantage
