About the Role:

Social Media Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to

    increase brand awareness, engagement, and online sales.

  • Plan and manage

    e-commerce promotional campaigns

    (seasonal offers, product launches, flash sales, etc.) to drive conversions.
  • Create and publish engaging, brand-consistent content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and blogs) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage

    paid advertising campaigns

    (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment between product promotions, landing pages, and social campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a strong online

    brand identity

    through storytelling, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and e-commerce marketing innovations to refine strategies.
  • Manage customer engagement across social platforms — responding to messages, reviews, and comments promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in

    social media management

    ,

    e-commerce marketing

    , or

    digital brand promotion.

  • Proven success in running

    social media ad campaigns

    that drive sales and conversions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as

    Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Shopify, or WooCommerce.

  • Strong understanding of content strategy, customer engagement, and online branding.
  • Excellent creative, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with

    e-commerce platforms

    (Shopify, Amazon, Noon, etc.) and product promotions.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and user-generated content campaigns.
  • Basic video editing and graphic design abilities.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, remarketing, and conversion optimization strategies.
