Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow our brand s presence through authentic, engaging, and organic content across social platforms.
You will be responsible for building and nurturing an online community, increasing follower engagement, and driving brand loyalty without relying on paid advertising.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule original and engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that resonate with our target audience.
  • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations to build a strong community.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and internal teams to align social content with brand voice and goals.
  • Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage followers to participate in brand conversations.
  • Organize and manage contests, polls, and interactive campaigns to boost organic engagement.
  • Track organic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and report insights to improve future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing organic social media accounts.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their unique cultures.
  • Excellent content creation skills with a strong eye for storytelling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture online communities authentically.
  • Comfortable using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform insights).
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration (organic).
  • Photography or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Ability to stay on top of social media trends and viral content.
  • Proficient in AI tools.
