## **Job Title:** Business Development Manager ### **Location:** PUNE ### **Department:** Sales & Business Development ### **Reports To:** Director of Sales / Head of Business Development / CEO ### **Employment Type:** Full-time --- ## **Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Business Development Manager** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market analysis, and hands-on sales execution. --- ## **Key Responsibilities:** ### **1. Lead Generation & Prospecting** * Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities. * Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events. * Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities. ### **2. Client Relationship Management** * Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. * Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to offer tailored solutions. * Serve as the main point of contact during the sales process and post-sale engagement. ### **3. Sales & Revenue Growth** * Develop and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets. * Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients. * Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support client needs and ensure service excellence. ### **4. Market & Competitor Analysis** * Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging sectors, and competitive landscape. * Provide insights and feedback to management for strategic planning and product development. ### **5.
