Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to acquire and manage clients for our Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and online demos

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads efficiently
  • Qualify leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals within defined targets

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Design, Content) to ensure smooth project delivery

Market Research & Strategy

  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market demand
  • Identify new service opportunities and upsell/cross-sell existing clients
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and market insights

Reporting & Targets

  • Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing Sales / Agency Sales
  • Strong understanding of:
  • SEO & SEM
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Website Development & Analytics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
