Job Title: Business Development Manager – Enterprise Sales Open Positions: 3 Locations: Mumbai, Delhi (7 to 10+ years experience preferred) Department: Enterprise Sales Reports to: Head – Enterprise Sales Budget Range: ₹8 LPA - ₹15 LPA Role Summary: Join us as a Strategic Growth Architect — where ambition meets opportunity. We are seeking a visionary sales strategist to accelerate growth across enterprise segments such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Large Corporates. You will spearhead high-impact initiatives in Digital Transformation, Cloud/SaaS, Hospital Management Systems, Cybersecurity, IT Managed Services, and proprietary asset-based solutions. If you have 7–10+ years of sales experience, you’ve likely sat across the table from CxOs, understood their challenges, and helped them find the right solutions. You communicate effectively, stay focused on results, and work confidently in fast-paced settings. Enterprise Account Leadership Drive strategic growth plans for key enterprise accounts Build strong relationships with CxOs/CIOs; identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities Ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction 2. Sales & Revenue Ownership Own the sales funnel from prospecting to closure Identify new opportunities across focus sectors Collaborate with solution and commercial teams for impactful pitches 3. Solution Expertise Position cloud, SaaS, digital solutions, hospital management, IT services, and cybersecurity as business enablers Translate tech capabilities into tangible client value Stay ahead of digital trends 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with delivery, marketing, and support teams to ensure client success Participate in reviews and strategy sessions to align with company goals 5. Executive Communication & Storytelling Craft compelling presentations and proposals Lead boardroom conversations with insight and clarity 6. Market Intelligence Leverage deep domain knowledge in manufacturing, healthcare, and BFSI (optional) Track market trends, client shifts, and competitor moves 7. Travel Flexibility Open to frequent travel across India and abroad as needed Additional Job Responsibilities: Building and nurturing client relationships Account management and account mining New business development and requirement generation Building and tracking sales pipeline against assigned targets Follow up and collection of payments Requirements: 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or large corporates Strong track record in digital solution sales (cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, etc.) preferred Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Required Skills: Excellent communication skills Passionate about business acquisition Strong presentation skills, especially to CxOs/CIOs Show more Show less
