Business Analyst (IT & Digital Solutions) Experience: 2-3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Madurai,Tamilnadu Job Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders . You will play a critical role in defining user stories, functional specifications, and business process improvements to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and development teams to understand business needs and project objectives. Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements . Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, process flows, and BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) . Project Documentation & User Stories: Develop User Stories, Use Cases, Functional Specifications, and SRS (Software Requirement Specifications) . Create workflow diagrams, data flow models, and wireframes to illustrate project scope. Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure the application design aligns with user expectations. Stakeholder & Client Communication: Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis . Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, developers, testers, and designers . Present solutions, reports, and project updates to senior management and clients. Process Optimization & Digital Transformation: Identify business process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization. Support the implementation of intelligence-driven business solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Assist in defining KPIs and metrics to track business performance. Testing & Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate requirements, and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) . Ensure solutions align with business needs before deployment. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer pain points . Assist in defining new product features based on data-driven insights. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Software Development, or Digital Solutions. Experience in Mobile App Projects & Software Applications is a MUST. Strong expertise in Business Requirement Gathering, BRDs, FRDs, and SRS documentation. Proficiency in User Story creation, Agile/Scrum methodology, and wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma, Lucidchart, etc.). Experience with SQL queries, data analysis, and process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN, UML, etc.). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools. Knowledge of Blockchain projects, AI-driven analytics, and SaaS products is a plus. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
