Functional Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document

    business requirements

    for Supply Chain solutions.
  • Provide

    functional expertise

    in Supply Chain and Banking domain processes, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.
  • Work closely with IT and project teams to

    design, validate, and test system functionalities

    .
  • Manage and track project deliverables, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support and guide teams in

    risk management, compliance

    , and audit-related activities.
  • Prepare detailed

    functional documentation

    , including process flows, BRDs, and user training material.
  • Support in

    UAT

    and post-production validation to ensure solution quality and business satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

Domain Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of

    Supply Chain business processes

    (procurement, logistics, vendor management, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of

    Risk and Compliance

    in the

    Banking and Supply Chain

    domain.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of

    Oracle Database (PL/SQL Queries)

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    Microservices Architecture

    ,

    UNIX commands

    ,

    DevSecOps practices

    , and

    Cloud environments

    .
  • Experience using

    Power BI

    or similar analytical tools.

Experience Required

  • Total Experience:

    5 – 8 years in BFSI domain.
  • Mandatory:

    Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience with

    Supply Chain products

  • Preferred:

    Experience working in large enterprise or financial institutions with exposure to global teams.

Education

B.E. / B.Tech / MBA or equivalent
