Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to clearly express design ideas and technical concepts. Experience working on Internet-based B2B/B2C/SaaS products is a plus. Ability to lead and manage a team of junior engineers effectively.,
