The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for supporting the sales team with data-driven insights, performance analysis, sales incentives and forecasting. This role focuses on analyzing sales trends, customer behavior, pipeline performance and ensuring accurate incentive calculations to improve sales strategy and support decision-making. Responsibilities Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor sales performance. Collaborate with sales leadership to support planning, forecasting and target setting. Provide insights on customer segmentation, product performance and market dynamics. Track and report on sales pipeline, win/loss ratios, and lead conversion – Sales Force. Support pricing analysis and margin improvement initiatives. Work with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and meaningful reporting. Conduct periodic business reviews with sales teams and contribute to strategic discussions. Identify areas of inefficiency in the sales process and recommend improvements. Prepare professional sales presentations and reports in PowerPoint for internal reviews and customer meetings. Create customized presentations for customer meetings, supporting sales managers with relevant data and insights. Work on sales incentive calculations with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness, ensuring alignment with business rules and sales targets. Prepare presentations and analysis for senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in freight industry Show more Show less
