We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead our Content, Design, and UX teams, driving a unified brand strategy that strengthens our market positioning and customer experience. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping brand identity, ensuring creative consistency, and aligning messaging across all touchpoints. This senior role requires a blend of strategic vision, creative leadership, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
· Define and execute the brand strategy, tone of voice, and identity across all platforms.
· Ensure brand consistency across content, design, and UX outputs.
· Lead and mentor the Content, Design, and UX teams, setting priorities and ensuring quality.
· Foster collaboration between creative, product, and growth teams.
· Oversee campaign narratives, creative assets, and storytelling for digital and offline channels.
· Provide direction on design systems, UX flows, and content standards.
· Work with Growth and Marketing Ops teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
· Report on brand health, creative performance, and user experience impact to the Head of Marketing.
· Stay ahead of market trends, design innovations, and storytelling techniques.
· Drive creative experiments to elevate brand perception and engagement.
· Consistent brand identity execution across all channels and outputs.
· Improvement in brand awareness and perception metrics (survey, NPS, sentiment).
· Timely and high-quality delivery of content, design, and UX projects.
· Strong cross-team collaboration scores (e.g., feedback from Growth, Product).
· Increased engagement and conversion rates driven by brand-led initiatives.
· 5–10 years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or marketing leadership.
· Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary creative teams (content, design, UX).
· Mandatory: Experience working in European markets or with UK-based brands, with strong understanding of regional audience expectations and cultural nuance.
· Strong background in Fintech, SaaS, or SMB storytelling preferred.
· Portfolio demonstrating successful brand campaigns and creative direction.
· Proficiency in collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, project management platforms).
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
· Experience in global brand building and market expansion.
· Knowledge of growth marketing and funnel alignment.
· Ability to combine strategic brand leadership with hands-on creative contribution.
