Key Responsibilities Area What You’ll Do Brand Strategy & Positioning Craft and periodically refresh individual brand identities while maintaining an overarching VGP KINGDOM narrative. Develop annual brand plans, value propositions and key messaging that resonate with Tamil Nadu’s diverse audience segments. Conventional Campaign Leadership Plan, budget and execute 360° offline campaigns (print, TV, radio, cinema, OOH, transit, in-park signage). Synchronise seasonal promotions, festival pushes and new-attraction launches across properties. Agency & Vendor Management Lead creative, media-buying, PR and fabrication agencies from briefing through production. Negotiate rates and service-level agreements; ensure brand-safe execution. Cross-Property Synergies Design bundle offers, co-promotions and loyalty initiatives that drive visitation across amusement, aquarium, arcade and F&B assets. Coordinate with digital, events and sales teams for unified go-to-market roll-outs. Brand Governance Maintain and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines (logos, colours, typography, tone). Review and approve all offline collateral to guarantee consistency and quality. Market Intelligence & Insights Commission research, track competitive activity and measure brand health (awareness, preference, NPS). Produce data-driven recommendations to refine positioning and spend allocation. Partnerships & Sponsorships Identify and close alliances with schools, corporates, tourism boards and consumer brands. Negotiate naming rights, co-branded events and media barter deals. Budget & Performance Tracking Control annual offline marketing budget; monitor ROI, CPV and footfall lift. Present monthly dashboards and post-campaign analyses to leadership. Crisis & Reputation Management Coordinate with PR to handle issues affecting brand image; prepare holding statements and FAQs.
