The Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager who can elevate Novella’s brand experience across digital, social, and client journeys. This role requires a creative strategist with a strong eye for detail and a passion for luxury storytelling. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every touchpoint of the brand reflects Novella’s vision of exclusivity and timelessness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Novella’s brand presence across all platforms.
• Oversee guest experience from first interaction to final delivery.
• Curate and execute campaigns that align with Novella’s luxury ethos.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and operations teams for consistent storytelling.
• Design and implement brand engagement strategies to strengthen client trust.
• Contribute to positioning Novella as the global benchmark in luxury weddings.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in brand management (luxury, lifestyle, or weddings preferred).
• Proficiency in Canva and content creation tools.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of luxury culture and guest experience.
• Comfortable with 6-day work weeks and dynamic schedules.
• Purpose-driven, with a long-term commitment (3–5 years).
