Requirements Of the Role:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.  2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a related field.  Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Job Responsibilities:  Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and managing sales literature.  Coordinate sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing sales materials.  Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.  Manage and track sales leads, opportunities and customer interactions.  Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.  Provide sales data and insights to support sales forecasting and performance analysis.  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and sales protocols.  Perform other administrative tasks as required.
