You will join a dynamic and fast-paced agency and you will be part of a team to deliver on the influencer campaign planning, execution & influencer relationship management.

About the Role

Role: Influencer Relationship Manager

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of Influencer Relationship executives as they work with different client servicing teams within the organisation
• Leading influencer discovery, curation & execution of influencer campaigns for client briefs
• Understanding how to create well performing and brand fit led influencer lists as per client briefs for campaigns
• Analyse performance of influencers and understanding pricing & deliverables
• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time & handle multiple influencers at the same time.
• Managing influencer relationships, agent relationships & Billings
• Work closely with the client servicing team in planning and execution of campaigns
• Work closely with inter department teams i.e. Admin, Finance
• Campaign report performance data collection

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital/ brand marketing

Required Skills

• Excellent understanding of Influencers and their relevance today
• Experience in identifying influencers and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with numbers (MS Excel) and making presentations
• Excellent command of the English language, written and verbal communication skills
