Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and result-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead all influencer partnerships and digital creator campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing influencers, executing campaigns, and driving brand visibility through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Plan, negotiate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Build long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Develop campaign briefs and ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor content quality, engagement, and brand alignment.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize future campaigns.
• Stay updated with viral trends, competitor activities, and influencer landscape.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of dedicated influencer marketing experience Brand side (beauty/skincare industry preferred)

(No agency experience will not consideredable )

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently handle influencer campaigns (Only paid).
• Highly organized with a strong eye for creative content.
• Must be a Mumbai-based candidate.
• Immediate joining is mandatory.
