We’re looking for a Talent Manager with 1+ years of experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time office-based role, offering a dynamic work environment and exciting growth opportunities. What You’ll Do: • Manage creators’ day-to-day needs and queries via email and other channels. • Proactively reach out to brands, act on incoming brand queries, and lock brand deals efficiently. • Build strong, long-term relationships with creators. • Contribute to campaigns by sharing content ideas and understanding content trends. Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • A friendly, approachable personality to maintain strong relationships. • Basic understanding of content strategy, implementation, and campaigns is a plus.
