Growth Manager (Google Ads)

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize

  Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max

  campaigns.
• Develop and manage a

  weekly testing roadmap

  (ads, bidding strategies, funnels).
• Monitor

  daily budget pacing

  and ensure campaigns meet CPA targets.
• Conduct

  monthly competitor benchmarking

  on CPC, ad copy, and targeting approaches.
• Collaborate with

  Content & Design teams

  to develop compelling creatives aligned with SMB messaging.
• Work closely with the

  Funnel Manager

  to ensure landing pages align with campaign intent and user journey.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing

  Google Ads campaigns

  .
• Proven experience in

  Fintech or SaaS

  , with emphasis on

  SMB-focused campaigns

  .
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in

  Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio (or equivalent BI tools)

  .
• Experience in

  budget management and ROI-driven growth strategies

  .
• Deep understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and conversion funnels.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (Content, Design, Product, Funnel).
