Job role: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious business development executive to join our dynamic team. As a business development executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and expansion of our company. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment and the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the field of business development.

Job details:

  • Job position: Business Development Executive
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in any stream
  • Experience: 1-2 yrs (Relevant Experience)
  • Job Location: Remote (WFH)
  • Salary Package: Commission-based + Incentives
  • Working hours: 20-25k (in hand)
  • 6 Working days, Full-time Job, WFH

Required skills:

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or B. Tech in CS, IT, or related fields.
  • Good experience of creating a sales funnel.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitors. Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on the findings.
  • Lead Generation: Support the business development team in identifying and qualifying potential leads. Utilize various methods such as online research, social media, and networking events to gather leads.
  • Relationship Building: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Support the team in organizing meetings, preparing materials, and participating in client presentations.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the business development team in creating proposals, presentations, and other materials required for client meetings and pitches. Help in tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs and requirements of potential clients.
  • Market Expansion: Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for market expansion. Assist in identifying new target markets, analyzing market segments, and evaluating potential business opportunities.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market positioning. Provide insights and recommendations to the business development team based on the findings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving business development objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports on business development activities, including key metrics, achievements, and challenges. Present findings to the business development team and provide recommendations for improvement.
