Job role: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented video editor & VFX artist to elevate our brand presence through compelling visual storytelling. You will be responsible for crafting dynamic video content from product explainers and brand campaigns to launch trailers and social media clips—enriched with cinematic editing and high-quality visual effects.

Job details:

• Job position: Video Editor & VFX Artist
• Qualification: Bachelor's in any stream
• Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with top-tier portfolios)
• Job Location: Phase 8B Industrial area, Mohali, Punjab
• Salary Package: 25-30k
• US shift: 5:30 pm- 2:30 am, full-time job
• Cab facility available for both pick & drop

Required skills:

• Proven expertise in video production with a strong portfolio across B2B, SaaS, or tech/startup sectors—showcasing storytelling, product explainers, and digital campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong command of motion graphics and VFX, including 2D/3D animation, kinetic typography, visual simulations, and compositing to create immersive content.
• Creative excellence in editing, with a keen eye for color grading, sound design, transitions, and pacing to deliver cinematic and engaging video assets.
• Exceptional visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas and UI/UX elements into clear, compelling visual narratives.
• Hands-on experience in fast-paced environments, demonstrating self-motivation, agility, and the ability to manage tight production timelines independently.
• Collaborative and feedback-driven mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and cross-functional teamwork.
• Bonus Advantage: Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to shoot/direct basic product video content is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Produce and edit high-quality video content—including product explainers, promo videos, comparison reels, and social media ads—tailored for LinkedIn, YouTube, Shorts, and Reels.
• Craft visually engaging narratives using cinematic editing, VFX, motion graphics, animated text, overlays, and sleek transitions to enhance storytelling and brand appeal.
• Develop SaaS-style product walkthroughs with screen recordings, voiceovers, and sound design that clearly communicate platform functionality and value.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals and brand messaging into powerful visual content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video assets through thoughtful color grading, typography, pacing, and visual tone.
• Manage end-to-end post-production workflows, including syncing audio, adding subtitles, and delivering in multiple optimized formats.
• Stay current with video trends, tools, and techniques—particularly in tech, SaaS, and startup storytelling formats.
• Deliver fast, smart, and polished edits that reflect a deep understanding of both creative vision and marketing strategy

Good to have skills:

• Figma or Canva (for thumbnails)
• AI tools like RunwayML, Descript, or Pika for enhanced post-production
• How to create looping UI animations from screen recordings
