Job Summary: We are looking for a goal-oriented and energetic Sales Executive to join our Fintech team. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing business clients , promoting our payment solutions , and helping us drive revenue growth across target markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard SMEs, merchants, distributors , and other business clients Promote and sell payment solutions (e.g., POS machines, UPI-based systems, payment gateways) Conduct client meetings, product demos, and financial needs assessments Develop strong relationships with decision-makers (owners, CFOs, procurement heads) Ensure end-to-end client onboarding, documentation, and compliance Meet or exceed monthly sales and activation targets Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and share regular updates with the sales manager Collaborate with credit, operations, and product teams for smooth execution Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 13 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in fintech, NBFCs, or payment companies) Good understanding of SME lending, digital payments, and merchant acquisition Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, and digital forms Preferred Skills: Prior experience in selling POS terminals, QR-based payments, or B2B finance solutions Familiarity with local markets and small business ecosystems Ability to work under minimal supervision and travel locally as required Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + Performance-based incentives To Apply Now: Send your updated resume on hr@fiatpayments.com or you can call on 9890008401.
