BDE (Business Development Executive)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the agency's growth by driving sales of advertising and branding

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients in target industries (retail, education, real estate, FMCG, hospitality, etc.)
• Reach out via email, phone, or in-person meetings to pitch agency services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and propose relevant services (creative, digital, production, etc.)
• Work with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups in Kerala
• Provide regular reports and insights on market trends and competition

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in sales or business development (advertising/digital agency experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Malayalam and English)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and media platforms is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally across Kerala for client meetings

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
