Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team on a commission-based model. This is a high-performance role focused on sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. Your earnings will be directly proportional to your performance — the better you perform, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and outreach.
• Pitch products/services to potential clients and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a strong passion for sales and client handling.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
