BDE (Business Development Executive)

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach into the international IT services market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for IT services including Python, React, NodeJS, and Angular development (both front-end and back-end) through various channels, including bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
• Leverage social media platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand client requirements and draft compelling proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with international clients to secure profitable engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Independently manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Should be able to manage sales process independently.
• Maintain consistent communication with management to align with business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Business Development or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of IT services, specifically Python, React, NodeJS, and Angular development, is a strong plus.
• Experience generating leads through online bidding platforms and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently under pressure.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
