Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing relationships with architects, interior designers, and hospitality clients, and driving revenue growth through new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitality, commercial, and residential projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and procurement managers.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase furniture products and customization options.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met on time.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and new growth areas.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the furniture, interior, or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales and client relations.
• Good understanding of furniture materials, finishes, and production processes (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
