The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to identify opportunities, and the drive to convert leads into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms . Write winning proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals effectively. Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through bidding and online platforms. Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets. Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to deliver client requirements successfully.
