B2C Sales Manager -(Exp: 2.0 to 10 Yrs) - (Salary: 30K PM To 60K PM) – TOFFA India @Law College Rd (Pune) Client: TOFFA India @Law College Rd (Pune) Post: B2C Sales Manager Vacancies: 03 Gender: Both Male & Female Edu: Any Graduate Exp: 2.0 Yrs To 10 Yrs Salary:  30K PM To 60K PM Working hrs: 10:30 AM TO 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Job Location: Law College Rd (Pune) Joining: Immediate /Within a week   Job Description: Position Overview The B2C Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through direct-to-consumer sales. This role focuses on managing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, increasing conversions, and achieving targets across retail, online, or field sales channels.   Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement B2C sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity. Plan promotional campaigns and product positioning in collaboration with Marketing. 2. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, train, and motivate sales executives, field reps, or store sales teams. Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations. Set individual targets and monitor daily/weekly performance metrics. 3. Customer Acquisition & Conversion Drive customer acquisition across retail outlets, online platforms, or field channels. Ensure high conversion rates through effective lead management and follow-ups. Oversee customer engagement activities, demos, and product explanations. 4. Customer Relationship Management Ensure excellent customer service and experience across touchpoints. Address customer grievances promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. Build long-term relationships to increase repeat and referral sales. 5. Sales Operations & Reporting Monitor sales pipelines, daily reports, and conversion analytics. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems or sales trackers. Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for senior management. 6. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with Marketing for promotions, lead generation, branding, and digital campaigns. Work with Operations for timely product delivery and inventory management. Collaborate with Finance for pricing, discount approvals, and payment collections. 7. Market Expansion & Growth Initiatives Identify potential markets, customer segments, and channels for expansion. Plan sales activities such as customer camps, exhibitions, or in-store promotions. Implement programs to enhance brand visibility and footfall.   Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–10 years of experience in B2C sales, retail sales, or field sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and people-handling skills. Experience in managing a team and achieving target-driven results.
