Position Summary:

B2C Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through phone calls, in-person meetings, digital platforms, or events.
  • Conduct customer needs analysis to recommend suitable products or services.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demos.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (e.g., conversions, revenue).
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing relationships for repeat business or referrals.
  • Maintain updated records of all customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with marketing and support teams to align on promotions, campaigns, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Bachelors degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, pitching, and field sales (if applicable).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a specific B2C industry (e.g., education, finance, health, real estate, retail).
  • Fluency in regional languages (for local market outreach).
  • Experience with digital or social media sales channels.
