B2C Sales Manager

You are urgently required as a B2C Sales Manager for an Edtech Firm. REPL World is a leading provider of educational Robotics and STEAM solutions, focusing on making learning engaging and practical through robotics and coding programs tailored for schools. The primary mission is to inspire students to think creatively and acquire real-world skills. As a B2C Sales Manager, your role will involve reaching out to schools and educational institutions, promoting the firm's products, and scheduling meetings for the business development team. Key responsibilities include driving B2B and B2C sales by acquiring new clients, upselling to existing ones, conducting outbound calls, generating leads, and scheduling meetings. You will also be responsible for maintaining a lead database, engaging with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with internal teams for product delivery and training, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and support teams for upselling opportunities. Timely follow-ups, documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process are essential. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 15 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, education, or service industries. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent phone etiquette, and a persuasive communication style are essential. The ability to work under pressure and meet targets is crucial for this role. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in-person at the Mumbai location.
