Job Description

B2C Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute B2C sales strategies to drive platform subscriptions and course enrollments.
Identify and target student communities, job seekers, and early-career professionals.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on individual user acquisition.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with user needs.
Conduct webinars, demos, and outreach events to promote Impacteers offerings.
Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels.
Provide feedback to product and content teams based on user interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech, career services, or SaaS.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
Passion for education, career development, and community building.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in selling online courses, mentorship programs, or career services.
Understanding of student and early-career professional behavior.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
