B2C Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2C sales strategies to drive platform subscriptions and course enrollments.
  • Identify and target student communities, job seekers, and early-career professionals.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on individual user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with user needs.
  • Conduct webinars, demos, and outreach events to promote Impacteers offerings.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Provide feedback to product and content teams based on user interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech, career services, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Passion for education, career development, and community building.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling online courses, mentorship programs, or career services.
  • Understanding of student and early-career professional behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
