You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Business Transformation Digital Solutions team you will lead pre-implementation efforts and engage directly with clients to maintain successful project outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your project management skills to navigate complex audit concepts and regulations while fostering productive communication with stakeholders. This role presents a unique opportunity to enhance your technical knowledge and contribute to transformative business solutions.

Job Role

  • The Senior Associate will support the Transformation Assurance (TA) engagement by working and providing oversight across all TA and other DAT pre-imp workstreams.
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 - 7 years of experience in system transformation
  • In this role, you will be accountable for elements of client engagement management, including engagement schedule, budget, risk and escalation / status reporting. Critically assess relevant client project governance, management and systems development lifecycle processes and deliverables.
  • Responsible for project management for client engagements, including task management, development of draft engagement delivery plans, status reports, risk logs, and communications.Communicates with internal team members (onshore & offshore) and client project manager.Identify and escalate project risks, issues across workstreams.
  • Execute / Review the deliverables ensuring quality and apply solicited feedback to draft deliverable. Facilitate and plan debrief meetings with internal stakeholders (e.g. audit teams) after the completion of project phases to share relevant insights.
  • Coach and mentor associates and team members in engagement delivery and project management leading practices.Contribute to developing transformation assurance frameworks, tools, and templates.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation and improved client outcomes.
  • Working alongside specialists across our broader System Transformation and Technology practice, including teams focused on Oracle, SAP, Workday, and OneStream, you’ll help clients evaluate the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of data that underpins transformation success.
  • Our professionals use innovative methods and digital tools to identify data-related risks, evaluate transformation readiness, and provide insights that enable transparency and confidence throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • You should have an interest in technology and data assurance, and we’ll provide the training and development you need to upskill and succeed, even if all the skills aren’t initially in your toolkit.
  • The candidate will report to Manager/Senior Manager.
  • The AC team functions as an extension of our overseas Engagement Teams and works closely with those teams as well as directly with clients.

Requirements

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

These Should Include Essential Requirements Such As

  • Demonstrates baseline knowledge in Transformation Assurance service offerings,including proficiency in waterfall and agile systems development lifecycle concepts,project management practices and awareness of trends in ERP and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in project management concepts and Key Project management tools within the ERP/ Applications such as SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, Salesforce etc., including managing project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection.
  • Demonstrates the ability to create proposals and manage pursuits, utilizing negotiation skills to craft persuasive, value-driven business cases and secure successful proposal outcomes.
  • Demonstrates proven ability as Senior, including establishing direction, motivating members, creating trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Demonstrates understanding of organization change workstream associated with ERP implementations.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills across written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation formats for all levels of industry audiences, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Independence concepts and the ability to execute the various risk management steps and documents during the planning phase.
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and address client needs, including developing client relationships, identifying new service opportunities and preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials.

Good To Have

  • Understanding financial risk management, operational risk management, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI) and Microsoft suite tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in managing custom software develop or implementation or ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc) programs/projects involving process improvement, system implementation, and/or PMO effectiveness.
  • Accounting experience and consulting experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Education/Qualification

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems or equivalent, or a business-related field.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • Chartered Accountant would be preferred,
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM are preferred
