As a Human Resources Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various HR functions to support the business and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to line management on recruiting, employee performance, development, relations, succession planning, compensation, and training. - Coordinating as a project team member on global HR initiatives, including the development, design, and execution of corporate HR programs and projects. - Collaborating with recruiting team and local managers on candidate recruitment, driving the local candidate screening and selection process. - Responsible for entering and maintaining employee data within the HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Supporting new hire onboarding processes and conducting background verification checks. - Managing and resolving complex employee relations and employment-related legal issues through thorough investigations. - Driving consistent HR processes and policies that align with business objectives. - Reporting on HR activities to the Head of HR and Corporate VP of HR. - Serving as a point of contact for the Noida business unit for all HR-related matters. - Following the Performance Improvement Review (PIR) process and monitoring employee performance. - Advising and updating employees on ESIC, PF, GMC grievances and partnering with stakeholders for resolution. - Ensuring background verification is completed within the designated timeframe and initiating actions as per policy. - Issuing disciplinary actions for employees with performance or behavioral concerns. - Coordinating employee engagement activities and CSR initiatives. - Ensuring monthly completion of rewards and recognition programs. - Assisting managers with employee relations issues, investigations, and terminations. - Conducting exit interviews and reporting trends to HR leadership. - Reviewing and analyzing business metrics to recommend improvements. - Managing the performance management cycle and supporting managers with employee performance reviews. - Serving as an HR liaison to the company's India Operations in Noida. - Coordinating HR projects such as Employee Engagement and Succession Planning. - Adhering to information security protocols to protect company assets. - Maintaining personal folders of employees and ensuring discipline on the floor as per company policy. - Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4+ years of professional experience in HR. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications. - HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP; XLRI) is preferred. - Strong knowledge of employment practices in India and ability to adapt to global HR initiatives. - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and act with integrity and professionalism. - Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. - Willingness to learn, collaborate as a team player, and meet deadlines effectively.
