As a Statutory Compliance Manager, your role involves managing various statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax, and other applicable laws. Your key responsibilities will include: - Calculating and deducting monthly TDS on salaries in accordance with Income Tax regulations. - Preparing and filing quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q) to ensure compliance. - Issuing Form 16 to employees within the prescribed timelines for smooth tax-related processes. - Maintaining updated records for all statutory filings and challans to ensure accuracy. - Handling the end-to-end employee insurance lifecycle, including addition, deletion, claims coordination, and policy renewal. - Coordinating with insurance providers for premium quotations, negotiation, and onboarding to secure the best deals. Your qualifications for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance/HR or a related field. - An in-depth understanding of statutory compliance and labor laws to ensure adherence. - Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions. - Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability to resolve issues efficiently. - Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of income tax planning and employee benefits administration to support the overall compliance process.
