Position Responsibilities:

Extensive experience in US Healthcare with 6+ years as a Leader in Operations with relevant experience and exposure in Physician and Hospital Billing - AR / Denials, Verification, Charge entry/Billing, Posting, Credentialing etc.
Should have experience in transitioning project and building the SOP.
Knowledge in multiple client systems and clearing house.
Good knowledge of Excel, power point and reporting.
Need to be flexible and ready to work based on business requirement.
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
Displays a High Level of Integrity and Maturity
Displays high level of People Management practice.
Proven participation on Improvements Project

Education and Experience:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience working in Complete End to End RCM
