Haalving is a fast-growing health & wellness company dedicated to helping people build long-term healthy habits through nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle programs. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Head to lead our daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure exceptional customer experience across all services. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across all Haalving departments and service lines. Build efficient workflows, SOPs, and quality standards to ensure smooth functioning. Lead and manage operations teams—assign tasks, track performance, and ensure accountability. Collaborate with the leadership team to implement new initiatives and optimize systems. Monitor client experience, feedback, and service delivery quality. Coordinate with sales, marketing, production, and customer support teams for seamless alignment. Manage hiring, training, and workforce planning for operations staff. Analyze weekly performance metrics and provide reports to management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational guidelines. Requirements Experience in operations management (preference for health, fitness, wellness, food, hospitality, or related sectors). Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills. Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks efficiently. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proficiency in basic tech tools (Excel, CRM, project management tools, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience in fitness, nutrition, yoga, psychology, or wellness industries.
