Job Description: · Assist the Founder Secretary of the NGO in all administrative matters including co-ordination with the different departments (Education, Hospital, Administration). · Deal with Vendors and Service Providers, in the complete procurement cycle from being able to know the product and / or service to obtain quotations, prepare Comparative Statements (as per Format), Negotiate with the Party, obtain approval thereafter issue Purchase Order / Work Order (as per Format), follow-up and delivery of the product/service. Must have basic commercial knowledge to deal with Vendors, Service Providers etc. · Meet and coordinate with Visitors, Donors and other Agencies dealing with the Organization. Handle correspondence including preparing Agenda, Minutes of Meeting, Notes, as necessary. Eligibility: · Having prior experience working with an NGO will be preferred. · Professional working knowledge of English in addition to conversant in Bengali and/or Hindi. · Minimum Academic Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university. · Able to use a PC with MS Software, in-house Software, Email and Social Media. Salary: · Negotiable & not a bar for deserving candidates.
