Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Operation Manager at Trip3sixty.The Operation Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operational activities, including Issuance, reissuance & refunds. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions. The Operation Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

• Miminum 3yr experience in b2b travel
• Knowlwdge of CRS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
• Good command on issuanace, reissuance and fare rules
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with various airlines
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Only experienced applicants from Travel trade- operation
• Experience in the agency industry is a must.
• Bachelor's degree must.
