Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Asst Manager HR to join our team at Godwin Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field and a strong background in human resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain comprehensive employee databases and records.
Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
