About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate Product Manager with 2+ years of experience to join our fintech journey. In this role, you'll work closely with senior product managers to design and deliver digital experiences that simplify education financing—especially within co-lending and customer onboarding journeys.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work on integrations related to Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS), including NBFC and third-party platforms.
• Build dashboards for LOS workflows, track repayment processing, and automate payment marking.
• Enhance the customer journey while ensuring compliance through seamless integrations.
• Generate reports and perform data analytics to support decision-making and monitor performance.
• Provide weekly data tracking reports and insights to your manager, supporting transparency and goal alignment.
• Drive key user journeys such as loan application flows, KYC/document verification, lender matching, and disbursal processes.

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2C fintech or digital products.

* Exposure to digital lending, customer onboarding, or financial services is a plus.

* Strong expertise in SQL, along with data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Bonus If You Have

Experience in fintech, edtech, or NBFC-related products.

A good grasp of compliance, lending workflows, or co-lending partnerships.

A knack for simplifying complex problems and building intuitive solutions.
