The Role

Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Understand staff and owner workflows deeply

• Convert user insights into clear product specs

• Prioritize based on user pain, feasibility, and impact

• Collaborate across teams from ideation to launch

• Own product metrics and improve them via iteration

• Communicate clearly across stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 years in product roles (preferably SaaS or ops tools)

• Sharp thinker who prefers clarity over complexity

• Comfortable zooming into details and out to the big picture

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Empathy for non-tech-savvy users

• Bonus: experience in hospitality, retail-tech, or logistics
