Role Overview We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with 3–5 years of experience to drive product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and adoption for Phenom’s B2B SaaS products. This role will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to translate product capabilities into compelling customer value. Key Responsibilities Product Positioning & Messaging Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned product lines Develop clear, differentiated narratives aligned to target buyer personas and industries Create and maintain core messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and competitive battlecards Go-To-Market & Product Launches Plan and execute B2B product launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams Build launch plans including timelines, enablement assets, internal communications, and external campaigns Ensure successful rollout and adoption across regions and customer segments Webinars, Campaigns & Enablement Lead and execute product-focused webinars, demos, and virtual events Partner with Demand Gen and Field Marketing to support pipeline-driving campaigns Enable Sales and Pre-Sales teams with product decks, demo scripts, FAQs, and objection handling Market & Customer Insights Conduct market research, customer interviews, and win/loss analysis Track competitive landscape and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders Use customer feedback and data to refine messaging and influence roadmap discussions Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Work closely with Product Managers to deeply understand product features and roadmap Support analyst briefings and customer stories in partnership with PR and Comms Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing , preferably in B2B SaaS / Enterprise software Strong experience in product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy Proven track record of managing B2B product launches end-to-end Hands-on experience with webinars, virtual events, and product-led marketing initiatives Ability to translate complex technical features into clear customer value Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in HR Tech, Talent Management, or Enterprise Platforms Exposure to AI-driven or data-centric products Experience working with global sales teams and multiple geographies Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, and webinar platforms What You’ll Love About Phenom Work on industry-leading AI products used by global enterprises High-ownership role with strong visibility and impact Collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven culture Opportunities for growth, learning, and leadership development Location: Hyderabad (preferred) / India
