Associate Product Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Associate Product Manager with proven experience in the fintech industry, specifically in digital lending products. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the full product lifecycle — from market research and ideation to product development, launch, and optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, expertise in prioritisation, technical understanding, and a passion for solving real-world financial challenges. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build innovative, compliant, and scalable lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for digital products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and operations) to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.

• Draft and maintain detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and user stories.

• Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product enhancement and improved customer experience.

• Track and analyse product performance metrics, lending funnel data, and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement.

• Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital lending.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery, prioritization, and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Support go-to-market activities and post-launch performance tracking.

What You Will Be Working On

• Building and improving digital workflows to enhance approval and disbursement efficiency.

• Designing user-centric lending features that simplify the borrowing process.

• Collaborating with technical and business teams to automate credit decisioning and risk management.

• Analysing lending data to improve portfolio performance and reduce defaults.

• Driving continuous innovation in product features, usability, and process optimization.

Who Can Apply

• Professionals with 3–5 years of experience in Product Management within the Fintech or Digital Lending sector.

• Demonstrated understanding of lending workflows, credit scoring models, KYC, and vendor onboarding. • CSPO certification would be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience using product management and analytics tools such as JIRA, Figma, SQL.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative work environment.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
