Role Description The HR and Admin role at FinGuru India is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to human resources management, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Administrative tasks will also be an essential part of daily responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations within the company. Qualifications Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills Experience in handling Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent organisational and administrative skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
