As a Human Resource Executive at DesignBoxed, your role will involve maintaining coordination with the team to identify recruitment needs. You will manage candidate pools to ensure engagement with qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for record-keeping of operational expenditures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess candidate information, plan interviews, and selection procedures - Conduct final negotiations with candidates including compensation and joining formalities - Design job descriptions and interview questions reflecting position requirements - Manage employees" lifecycle from onboarding to exit - Conduct orientation for new joiners and maintain personal record files - Track employees" attendance and prepare HR dashboards - Monitor employee performance and initiate Performance Improvement Plans - Coordinate with corporate HR on salary-related matters - Support team in ad hoc projects and act as SPOC for employee grievances - Produce and submit reports on employees" details when needed - Track office supplies stock and place orders when required **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an HR generalist If you meet the educational qualifications and have excellent communication skills in English and Kannada, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, then you are the ideal candidate for this role at DesignBoxed.
