As an HR & Admin Executive/Manager at our company in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in managing the full spectrum of HR operations, recruitment, and administrative functions. Your prior experience in the automobile industry and a solid understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and people management will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation. - Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs. - Maintain statutory compliance and employee records. - Manage administrative tasks such as office maintenance, vendor management, attendance, and facility coordination. - Ensure smooth execution of training and performance evaluation processes. - Promote a positive and professional work culture aligned with company values. - Oversee employee grievance handling and disciplinary actions. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 5-7 years of experience in the HR domain (Automobile industry experience mandatory). - Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and labor laws. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle multiple priorities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
