Equinox Alloys Cast LLPManaging end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records.Handling recruitment & selection: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.Supporting payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and compliance with company policies.Acting as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring smooth communication between management and staff.Overseeing administrative functions such as office coordination, vendor management, and facility administration.Assisting in HR policy implementation, performance management support, and employee engagement initiatives.Maintaining accurate MIS reports and HR data using MS Excel
